Mint Tea Organic Spearmint & Sencha Green Tea

MINTEA is our version of a true Moroccan mint tea, but without all the sugar.
It is a careful blend of organic green tea (to aid the brew) and spearmint that produces a refreshing drink for any time of the day.

Green teas have many health benefits including high levels of polyphenols, flavanoids and the ‘relaxing’ amnio acid L-theanine.

For anyone who thinks green tea is bitter, we have three recommendations

1 – get good quality green tea (like ours!)

2 – steep it in boiled (approx 70-80°C) not boiling water

3 – only steep for 3-4 minutes and then pour

If you do all of that, you should have a lovely cup of tea and can re-use the leaves for a second cup!

NB: 350g is approximately the same size as 500g of normal tea and 700g is approximately the same size as 1kg of normal tea.
